[The feed is crackling constantly, and in the background there is some positively maniacal laughter. To those that ever faced Stein when he's gone absolutely insane, it sounds exactly like him when he's laughing. In fact, it is his voice, that broken cackling, though it seems farther away than the voice that's speaking.

[Wow. Where on this bloody Earth has Stein been this whole time?

Studying, no doubt. Mostly out killing things. He's found a whole slew of monsters and has started doing research on them.

[Anyone watching this would be incredibly dizzy after a few seconds. He keeps studying the damn thing, trying to figure out what to do with it. There's a nice shot of the ground, before the screen finally focuses on a silver-haired man, the light from the screen creating a glare on his glasses and effectively hiding his eyes.
